This phase includes a custom Emergency Response Plan, detailed lockdown drill planning with scripts and documentation, staff training tools, and printable quick-reference guides. Post-engagement support and evaluation resources are provided to ensure lasting readiness and internal accountability.

An all-inclusive subscription service for returning clients seeking long-term security support and expert guidance. This plan provides consistent access to Watchtower’s trusted expertise and resources, ensuring your organization stays ready and resilient.

I’m Nicholas Hayes, founder of Watchtower Security Consulting LLC.
With more than 20 years in professional security from hospital safety to armed response to crisis management I started Watchtower to help organizations protect what matters most: their people.
This work is personal. After two decades on the front lines, I know how quickly situations can escalate and how powerful it is when people are trained, prepared, and confident in what to do. That’s why Watchtower focuses on practical, real-world solutions for churches, schools, clinics, and small businesses across North Idaho.
Our services include risk assessments, emergency planning, and instructor-led training designed to give your team clarity and confidence when it matters most. Too often, organizations are left vulnerable not because they don’t care, but because they lack the right tools or support. Watchtower exists to fill that gap.
Certified through ASIS International and FEMA’s Incident Command System (ICS) programs, I bring both real-world experience and industry-recognized expertise to every project. Instructor-Led Security & Awareness Training
At Watchtower Security Consulting LLC, training is where preparation becomes action. Every session is live, instructor-led, and built to meet the unique needs of your organization. From crisis response to de-escalation, our goal is to equip your people with the skills and confidence to act when it matters most.
Each class is delivered at a flat rate for groups of up to 10 participants, keeping pricing simple and transparent. Larger groups can be accommodated depending on the course just contact us and we’ll tailor a solution for your team.
Training Location Requirements
All sessions are conducted at the client’s facility, so your team trains where they work and serve every day. To ensure the best experience, clients are responsible for providing:
